I was excited to visit after seeing the restaurant on You Gotta Eat Here!, but left disappointed. I had the fish & chips and seafood chowder. While I liked how the seafood chowder didn't have any filler, it wasn't the best taking and some of the seafood in it was overcooked. Fries tasted like Costco frozen fries and seafood wasn't that great. The restaurant certainly isn't a bad choice in the area, but doesn't live up to its hype on You Gotta Eat Here!

They have the best fish and chips and fishcakes. So delicious and very very reasonable. Their location is right on the highway to Cabot Trail and if you get take out you can go over the road and eat at a picnic table at the waters edge. It's worth the wait for your food.

If you are solo diner, don't bother to come here. Apparently the owner thinks that one person's business is not worth taking. First, they told me there s no seat, even if I was willing to wait. They suggested takeout, fine, took my order and told me it would be 20 minutes. Then 20 minutes later, came out and asked me again what I have ordered, apparently they didn't even punch it in. I should also mention that a group of 4 got seated even after their supposedly closing time. As a paying customer, I find it unacceptable.
